It is a total scam. City Hall puts out their inflated budget, with everyone getting high salaries. Amanda Lacelle then reverse engineers the valuations across the city’s properties to pay for everything, including the anchor ⚓️ of $2.5 million dollars 💵 every year to unfunded pension liabilities payments that former mayors Harold Easton, Harvey Schmidt, and Jack Baker have stuck us to deal with moving forward as a city.
